Designs are directly printed on the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex inks. The inks are pigmented and water-based, making them non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-flammable. These inks address a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns. Additionally, we use UL-certified inks that meet the GREENGUARD GOLD standards, which are based on the high air quality requirements used in hospitals and schools.

Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. We use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard by creating custom boxes from recycled materials, specifically designed to fit each product size and order. Our specialized machinery across all facilities enables us to minimize the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments.

Each unframed print is carefully sealed in an archival plastic bag and shipped either in an envelope or a tube.
